Where to start...
Inept Board Member, inept CEO.
Company is made up of 5-6 employees with the rest being developers overseas.
Salary is horrible, way below market rate.
Reliance on only one key customer despite claims of being successful...don't believe it!
Leaders have no idea how to run a company, are unrealistic in where the organization is from a competitive perspective.
Cannot retain employees in sales, marketing, operations...they've gone through many employees over the last couple of years.
CEO provides absolutely no challenge for any employee, he is inept at managing people despite trying.

I highly recommend finding a different line of work. The organization can barely sustain itself, mainly for reasons I cannot add since the posting will not be approved and deleted. Embrace a more intelligent way of doing business which is essentially listening to anyone else other than anyone internally. I'd give this place zero stars but it doesn't allow for that. No doubt the main board member will try to provide some retort, but please don't fall for his bologne!

Team building trip to Greece - it was nice.

I was expected to write a C# code though it was not mentioned in the positions' description and later on the interview we didn't discuss that kind of duties. The task was a part of evaluation period which was absolutely unexpected for me. Moreover it came up only after four months of working. So I failed and was dismissed. I think that it happened because after four months a big project where support engineer was required came to the end and there was no any other projects for support engineer position. So they needed a reason to dismiss me.
