No career progression, Family owned business, Owners focus on just helping the family members who are selling succeed. Leads are handed to the owners' children first. Poor benefits, no 401K matching.
No true leadership or forward direction. Focused on only selling hardware, business not diversed at all. No training or onboarding for new reps.

Management will use and abuse you to the point you will have no life. The company management style to to beet you down for as long as possible, inform you that you are not acquitted, through you at irate customer a cannon folly, and expect you to work 12 hours day for below standard salary. My advice, avoid this company like the plague.

The company needs to stop being so money hungry as it is very apparent to clients and even vendors. When your in a meeting with a vendor and practically begging them to provide you free equipment that is when I believe you have hit rock bottom. Also general statements of work which were created always in a rush were vague in most of the details and allowed to various angles of interpretation which eventually led to strain in the clients relationships and overages in projects.
