Do not believe the bad reviews - people blame others for their mistakes.
Videon is a great company that has contributed a great deal to the
industry for 22 years and continues to make history together with
industry giants like Amazon, Lufthansa and others.
Excellent surroundings, well-thought-out production culture, reasonable
compensation and great flexibility.
Videon is the best combination that can be taken from a startup and a
large corporation: On the one hand, it is a reliable company that
fulfills its promises and achieves its goals, and on the other hand, it
is a big family where mutual understanding and assistance prevails.
Your achievements will be noticed and rewarded. The team will always
help if you need. You can ask any question to CEO or management and get
a thoughtful answer at any time.
The management never asked to stay after work, but sometimes I did it
just because I wanted to. Sometimes I returned home after midnight with
a smile and was overfilled with a sense of a great job done.

You can take a too great interest in job, it can lead to professional
temporary burnout, but this is not a company problem - just do not
forget to rest :)

Videon is a failing company

Has many of the hip things (workout room, gourmet coffee, on-site chef) that you would find at an West Coast tech company.
|
Except one. Stability. Turnover is endless. Just look at the annual group photos and you will not see many of the employees from just a year or two earlier. They lay people off who are good employees and the next thing you know Videon is running an ad for their replacement. Makes no sense.

Management is a joke. Promise after promise and every thing goes to crap as usual. Probably why everyone has left. Underpaid and would be afraid to death to ride in any aircraft that has Videon products in it. Blows my mind they are still in business.

Good Culture within the company. Provide food to homeless shelters, have a cook to come in and make great lunches, movie room, and good people

Layoffs will continue because of lack of vision in management. Just because you say you are part of 100 million devices does not translate to actual revenue. Management, especially top management, will continue to make bad decisions on the on the future of the company. There is much transition at this company within the last year.
