2. There's space to try out some new things and new approaches to certain workflows.
3. Communicative colleagues and an overall friendly environment.
4. Good, spacious office space.

1. Work can get really hectic sometimes, with often unrealistic deadlines.
2. Management requires daily updates and might not be satisfied with your answers if you cannot show tangible results everyday.
3. Senior staff can be discouraging about trying new things but will go with it if you can take the risk and show results.
4. Company may take up projects without assessing their scope or feasibility and rely totally on interns to get the job done anyhow.
5. Extremely stingy about hiring full-time employees.
