High turnover in senior leadership, high turnover in my department. No pay increase and they fire veteran members in the name of efficiency. "Fast-paced environment" = toxic culture. So. Many. Meetings. Non-sellers dont get the love.

Viewpoint does not pay competitively for the software industry. They do offer a bonus with a ridiculous target to hit and they cap the amount you get very low. They have trouble hiring good high end talent and keeping them. If compensation is important to you, stay away from Viewpoint!

You are an extremely successful company with high profits. You are owned by an even larger, much richer company. Pay the people who actually produce what you sell. The people who design and build the software.
This place feels like a caste system. If you aren't upper management or above, everything rolls down hill. You will you will make far less money, do all of the actual work, and these people will keep convincing you that you should make less through motivational speeches. Yuck.

You will meet some coworkers who are really smart and dedicated to their craft. I'm not sure what they are still doing at Viewpoint. If we weren't in a pandemic, I wouldn't still be at this company.

No clear product strategy. Want to increase adoption but not invest in the products that will take them into the future. No process or documentation. Managers tell you they support you, but they don't. Everyone seems mad all the time. Probably because management sets unrealistic expectations and everyone is overstretched on a regular basis -- forget about actual emergencies. Pay is decent until you realize how heavy the workload is and you are asked to do at least two jobs most of the time. Quantity over quality mindset. The most meetings I've ever had in my life. Do yourself a favor and do not work here.
