- They have good benefits

- The team is mostly white and their proud of it - which is why they boast about their culture on their website. I wish they could introduce more PoC into their team because, despite their offices being in the most diverse parts of town, they have very little diversity in their staff.

Add more diversity if you want to grow the company. An all-white team with a few token minorities is not the way of the future. Build a culture that celebrates diversity instead of a mono-culture that focuses on experiences of one particular group of people.

- Churn rate of projects can be exhilarating at times, and disappointing at others.
- Pay is a bit on the lower end of the spectrum.
- Some projects can be underwhelming, but this is offset by some equally exciting ones.
- Average tenure is higher than most software companies, so naturally you will see complacency in some places.

I am continuously amazed by this company.
Putting aside the quality of the work, which is unrivaled in DC and undoubtedly one of the best in the county, I am treated to an employee focused, forward-thinking, hard working culture.
There's no complacency here, even though they've achieved so much. Management is constantly looking for ways they can improve, ways to enhance professional development, and taking our interests and goals into account. I feel supported 100 percent of the time.
If you want to be surrounded by some of the smartest people you've ever met, I recommend this place. Once you're here, you'll have a tough time leaving.
