It's like working for a start up even though the company is 13 years old so there's some excitement in that. | The CEO is ok to work with and is very enthusiastic about his business. However, the rest of the upper management team has no understanding with how to work with a high achieving individuals or how to properly manage the sales process. As a result, priorities change daily and nothing is accomplished. They don't pay on time, and will find ways to reduce your promised commission.
