On the outside it would seem there is potential with this company, but on the inside it is more disorganized than anything. It's the lack of communication/leadership and and sense of entitlement from upper management that dried up the capital for this company which has resulted in employees going unpaid for months.

I should have run after week one...
All they do is lie to employees and investors, making them believe the next big thing is coming.
They only care about their executive team, unfortunately most of them are out of touch with reality.
It doesn't matter how "big" are the names on your board, you are not going to turn the company around by attending executive retreats with Tom Brady's chef or by going to Silicon Valley to rub elbows with real entrepreneurs.

Review your terrible business model.
Stop spending resources on executives and take care of the "athlete community"
Keep some cash for payroll, laying off half of your staff just before Christmas, after making them work for weeks with no pay is not what I would call a for benefits strategy.
And last but not least, please stop making current employees write fake positive reviews, it is too obvious, it just angers the other 14 people you laid off, and guess what, they will just keep coming and write more about the real VIKTRE!!!

VIKTRE and their athletes can recognize the overall needs of a community struck by disaster as they recently did with the VIKTRE CHALLENGE assisting those in Puerto Rico that have been without power for 5 months. VIKTRE athletes raised funds and assisted in the installation of solar panels that brought electricity to a large part of the island.
