Exciting Future Ahead

There are lots of opportunities to learn and grow at Vin65. In my short time with the company I have appreciated how much autonomy I have to make suggestions for improvement and implement new tools/processes. I am excited to be here in a time where the company is making really positive changes and the culture is also great -- the team is full of young, smart people that are driven to do awesome work.

The job can be stressful at times and there are some growing pains as the transition is made from startup mode to successful SMB but communication improves weekly and the future is bright.

- All team members I've worked with so far displayed familiarity and competence not only in their specific roles but in the overall business model as a whole.
- Everyone seemed like they had excellent work-life balance.
