An amazing place to work. I worked at vineyard vines as a sales associate and it was my first job. Everyone was so welcoming the managers went out of their way to help us. They would order lunch for us when we had to work on nice beach days. Our store was not flexible with your availability but scheduled you barely any hours to work. The discount is nice and you get clothes upon hiring. It’s a decent retail job. If you're working the holiday season be prepared for long lines and entitled customers. It can get stressful, if you aren't confident talking to people probably isn't the best place to work. Make friends with your co-workers. Every store is pretty tight knit. Weekends are almost mandatory so be prepared to lose Saturday and/or Sunday. Not the worst place to work if you need a part time job while you're in college or home on summer break.
