A great company to work for!

A CEO who is forward thinking and innovative. She lives and breathes the brand while genuinely caring for every single employee no matter their role or how long they've been there. Like someone else said it is like having the perfect boss! The CFO and other global CEO's as well as managers are all very nice as well. It makes you want to work harder for the company.
What I loved is that they are open to new ideas and trying to grow in the current medical aesthetic technology market. They do not micromanage so this is a company for those who can hear someones vision and run with it. Everyone is very helpful, friendly and strategic.

Not really any downsides. Small team works in the corporate office but for me that was a pro.

People really do have the best interest in mind. Because of the products and it’s place in the market the expectations a really low. I guess that’s a pro.

The “leadership” team really has no business experience or acumen. The products don’t hold up against the main competitors and viora has no market awareness.

The thing I like most about Viora is the people I work with. Everyone is honest, has integrity and does what is right for its employees and customers.
