Working at virginia tech has been pretty good so far, management is decent but not perfect. The job is straight forward enough, however, you find yourself doing other peoples jobs quite frequently or doing much more than compensated for. Shifts are super flexible around class, and you can work as many or as few as you want generally! Supervisors and bosses are wonderful and really care about you as a person!
