I started in the Profile Writing department, moved into the Dating Specialist Team, and have since taken over management of the Writing Department. The company feels more like a family than a workspace. They are so focused on the overall enjoyment and fulfillment of their employees that we even have a Career Counselor coming on to help make sure all of our employees feel heard, supported, and have someone to go to at any time to talk things out or just help find some direction. Pros: Great Team, Excellent Communication, Flexibility, Creativity, Support, Advancement, Challenging, Great Pay, Diversity. I truly cannot think of any Cons aside from the fact that we are such a global group and all work remotely, because of that we don't get to interact on a local level like you would with a typical office environment. But, we find ways to make everything fun. Game nights, Movie nights, Christmas, and Holiday parties. Talk with people from all around the world, everyday. All are looking for companionship, but many have different ideas on what that is. It leads to such interesting conversations. VIDA sets the bar high and has standards, only working with respectable professionals. I love the integrity the leadership team exemplifies and that trickles down thru the team and to the clients. The leadership team is open to new ideas and always looking for ways to streamline processes, over deliver to clients, and support the team (not easy when nobody is in one central location / office ). They have MASTERED working remotely and are still able to hold staff accountable and maintain culture. They celebrate diversity and host game nights, virtual Christmas parties and monthly newsletters to establish and maintain camaraderie. The marketing team are genius'. The results are real. It's easy to be passionate about what we do, because we deliver the results and clients are happy. The process works!!! 1099 income.
