You might be able to "train 20 more like me" in a week, but if you treat all 20 employees as if they are replaceable peons, you will run out of potential employees. Listen to them as well. Some of the lower techs have fantastic ideas to improve the job for everyone, and you tend to ignore them. Listen to the employees complaints as well. You has some less then friendly members of staff (that are both unfriendly to other members of staff and callers), and other employees complain about them. And you ignore those plees as well. To sum it up: listen to your employees! Granted, this job is not for everyone, and some people will leave because they can't handle it.
