And it's true. My coworkers are intelligent, talented, motivated, funny and focused on growing as people and contributing to the company's vision. We have a clear plan for where we are going as an organization, and all of our hard work results in a very successful company that offers stability and rewards to its employees. Our CEO is inspiring, focused and most importantly competent. Great employees and staff. Everyone is generally nice and helpful. Corporate office is nice and there are cool events .

Management is seriously lacking leadership skills. Departments and teams are siloed so it’s hard to know what is going on in the organization. There are no clear processes and everything is a wild goose chase. There is red tape everywhere and it’s almost impossible to get things done quickly. The HR team is nice but they are lacking leadership, this was not always the case in years past. No career pathing - it seems like they don’t care if employees leave
