Finance, management is terrible, no growth opportunities, and training is non existent. No flexibility, even for a dr appt. there was no flexibility even if you wanted to come in early to leave early to get to an appt- it was frowned upon to leave before your boss- no matter how many hours you worked- it was only my department- other departments were very flexible and understanding.
