Nobody micro-manages you in certain departments and then others you are smothered. Not as corporate of a company as competition.

Nobody trains you, you're just expected to know what to do in your roll. When Joe the president of the company left, EVERYTHING went downhill. New president is a complete tool and surrounds himself with butt kissers. Be warned you will get canned if you speak up for yourself and others who are treated poorly. Seems like everyone is waiting for Eddie to die so they can watch what happens and retire.
