They will promise you a raise and never give it to you. They pay everyone a different wage, the District manager run the Las Vegas stores from California and he micromanages everything..

Great company to start with.
|
My experience at Vista was very pleasant. It was a very engaging job, and as lead driver I got to drive just about everywhere in the county. What made the job fun for me were all the places I got to drive to, and my coworkers were/are amazing people. All the painters who came in were awesome too and everyone shows you the utmost respect. However, this is not a job you want to make mistakes in, as it could cause the painter and/or the company heaps of money. So long as you have a good head on your shoulders and pay great attention to detail, you'll be A-OK.

Just a job, they don't care about their employees, they take advantage of employees every chance they can. 90% hispanic some can not speak english. Sub standard wages. They make promises they never intend to keep to get people to help them get what they want. They are shifty and underhanded.

Could be managed better. The people are mostly dissatisfied that work for this company especially on the corporate side and the opportunities for growth on the sales side are limited. I enjoyed working with the customers and the work/life balance is strong. Overall, an okay company to work for.

Like most jobs, the beginning is the best. Until you learn everything and you can't get a raise. It all depends on who you work with. Most managers aren't cool. A lot of hot heads and power trippers.
