Trusting relationships and long term friendships were established. The administration was very supportive, and the Spanish teachers collaborated together to provide the Spanish students with educational trips to Costa Rica. Full benefits, 12 payed sick days and 12 payed vacation days a yrear. All holidays off payed. College reimbursement. Learned a lot from the manager while providing help with basketball team needs and filming.
