- Salaires très bas par rapport à l'industrie
- Charges de travail disproportionnés, elles profitent des contrats "forfait jour"
- On signe autonomie pour les horaires et pour le télétravail mais les travails sont imposés (personne ne peut pas partir avant 18h) et le télétravail ce n'est que les vendredis.
Je n'oublierai jamais le dirigeant qui m'a dit dans un ton très sarcastique : "Tu crois qu'économiser 3 ou 4 millions d'euros ça nous impacte vraiment ?".J'aimerais savoir qu'est-ce que les investisseurs en pensent de perdre 3-4 millions d'euros tous les ans.
