The best thing about the company is the flexibility. They have unlimited PTO (within reason of course) and give you the ability to work from home almost whenever you want to. The hours are flexible too, some people work 8 to 4, others don't come in until 10 and stay until after rush hour. This helps to avoid traffic in the high density area the office is in. The work is never boring either. I have managed to continue to learn new things throughout my whole time here. As a software developer, I think the technology we work on is pretty cool too, more fun than just making web pages all day. The flexibility can be bad for some people, you need to be self directed to work here, or the distractions can inhibit your work. Some people take advantage of the work environment. It has been a roller coaster of a ride, with several rounds of layoffs and big hires while I've been here.
