No one does what is needed, instructors be on their phones and supervisors and managers don’t care if you ask for help. Clients work harder than the employees, they should be the ones getting paid. The management is iffy. Hard to request time off at the company because they never have coverage to watch over your group when you need. Don’t settle working here.. The guys are cool. Many ladies and gentlemen there know how to teach their individuals and really plan their weeks. It is great to see so many clients happy to be in the community. Lots of outings if you have an active group, schudled breaks taken on time No pay raises, no bonuses.
