You get to solve some interesting problems for some really cool customers. What you are doing is important to help improve rich collaboration and give businesses a competitive advantage. The benefits are ok - not great. Pay is ok as well.

Things don't really change because leadership doesn't know how to make it happen. Everyone is really earnest, but hitting more than linear growth might not ever happen here. Also, they keep harping about "not being a 9-5" but last time I checked its about working smarter, not harder that gets you ahead.

* Unified Communications is a growing industry with lots of excitings opps and emerging tech
* Office is on the greenbelt so it's easy to take a walk, if you like such things.
* Small team means you have the ability to work on more projects that you may at a larger company.
*Cool product with a ton of potential
* People who work there are passionate about what they're doing
* Some cool culture perks like clubs, outings, and taking your dog to work

* Generally unorganized--projects are started and then dropped, or set with unreasonable deadlines.
* Upper management doesn't interact with the rest of the company which can hurt transparency.
*HR is a one-person team, the one person is the wife of the CEO which can make reporting issues or expressing concerns difficult to impossible.
* A lot of turnover, which makes it seem unstable

Great employees to work with. I got to make many great connections and friendships. Account Execs are amazing to work with. Dogs are allowed which make the workdays pleasant.

No training structure or consistent leadership (4 bosses in a 3 month span). No career path. Lack of care and professionalism from senior management in regards to their employees. Volatile work environment.
