Work with awesome people and get to watch sports. Before and after shifts I was able to use the gym and play basketball which was a plus. Their was a God complex in my department. Micromanaging was horrible. Office staff was difficult to communicate with for all things. It seemed to remind me of a good old girls network that if you fit in it was great otherwise you were not welcome. I didn't realize how unique of an environment it was until I had to leave my job.
