-chill workplace
-payment always on time
-if you work not as programmers, you will have the time of your life...

-most of the IT manager doesn't even know programming
-those manager will estimates and whiplash you to work unrealistically
-a lot of projects are on fire, because of mismanagement, no documentation, and many employee cannot program well(there is some top-tier programmers team in there, but they're specifically worked on the top end projects. Those projects will have high quality, but the other projects have really low quality)
-unrealistic deadline, unrealistic request
-everyone throws responsibility around, doesn't care about the problem. So the problems always exist and new people blamed for the former-handler mistakes
-superiority-complex for the management team, programmer's opinion is trash and we only need to follows their order blindly(not all management, few are really good people)
It feels like the owner only want fast and big money. there's no value in customers(except high paying one). They say yes to many projects without thinking about their resources(1 programmers usually have 3 or more projects to handle at a time). They don't think about investing in their programmers, all of us are expendable. They don't think far for the long-term of the company's value, inside(morale, employee, etc) or outside(projects, treatment to client, etc).

-Hire more experienced people in IT department for the management team
-Create goals, moto and vision for the company
-Train management team in leadership and invest in them
-Hire a company assessment to know exactly what you are, and what you want to be
-Hire a professional HR division that can handle who goes in, and what to do with the employee
-invest in the programmers(hire lecturer to teach program's tool regularly, create team-building activity, never blame others for your mistakes, work together, not work the programmer's to death), high liquidity(many in, many out) means your company's sucks
-value the client(transparency of the projects, always communicate with honesty, never cover the problem and hope it goes away, again work together to solve the problem) this will build up value of your company's on the market
-Create customer-service division that contact client directly rather than throwing it around for who will answer them.
