This is the worst job unless you are management. They talk too and treat employees like garbage. My first couple months there was great, but after that, everyone shows their true colors. Treatment is completely unprofessional. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable at a job due to my coworkers. Each day felt like walking on constant eggshells. They make it known you are 100% replaceable.
Save yourself the trouble and do not accept a position for this company.

Horrible company, you will regrete working there.

This is a horrible company, they treat their employees as disposable dish rags. They pretty much scam their clients into thinking they will achieve some grand resolution for them, when all they're really doing is prolonging the process to gain more money. The clients pay a retainer fee (No legal representation is provided) then they pay a monthly fee until the "resolution" is achieved. This company is a disgrace, I do not recommend working there.

Great place to work i love the potlucks and the pay is decent but not average call center pay rate. Overall everyone is very friendly here and its like a family. Very easy to learn how to do things there even if this is your first call center job. Highly recommend if you are looking for a steady job that is very comfy on a day to day basis.

Working here is a no-brainer. This company cares about your success and really invests into making sure you can do your job properly and successfully. The management could not be any better at leading and investing in each team member at this company. Making sure to help you grow and advance to the best of your ability is definitely one of managements goals and it shows. Working here really does feel like you are apart of a family. The management makes it a fun environment with planning fun events to boost morale. The pay is well worth it for the work that you do and the benefits are great!
