It depends in how close to the CEO you have to work
|

Collegues are ok, Compensation is OK and it quite a stable jobs due to the constant waves of people quitting
|
The standard is to work 55+ hours depending in which department of the company you are you may work more or less. The CEO is extremely rude , i thought that the glassdoor reviews were wrong because i needed the job , if you are in the same situation accept but start looking for another one since day 1

It’s hectic and bad for your health and social well being. Join only if you do not care about work life balance.

Zero perks I can think of.
Important: Don’t fall for the positive reviews here. The company ask the employees during joining time to literally post a positive review in various websites.

1. its 12 hrs per day mandatory and they will ask to extend on a daily basis. We will end up working more than 13 to 14 hrs daily.
2. On fridays, they will ask testers to come on weekend to finish the testing so that developers can continue with the work on Monday
3. weekend work is a regular thing.
4. these long hours daily plus no free time in weekend will affect our health severely.
5. We dont have anyone to talk our concerns to in the company.
6. Per hour pay is in dollars and its very less. Since we are working more than 12 hours a day the whole month and on most of the weekends, we end up getting a good amount in hand at month end, but please understand that we are working overtime daily, with no PF benefits or any sort of medical insurance benefits.
7. No PF. No medical insurance.
8. Management treats employees very rudely. They dont try to understand the issues of the employees, be it personal or professional. They just need the work done in someway or the other.

Salary and Learning is good. There are no other Pros.
|
Work Timing is more. You have to work 11 hours, sometimes up to 13 to 14 hours. You have to work on US timing, so from India and around India, you have to stay awake the entire night till morning 7 or 8.
You may lose your physical and mental health. The environment is NOT work friendly and you may find people rude.
The company will provide you with the salary and there won't be any employee benefits like health insurance, absolutely nothing.
Don't think twice, think 20 times before taking a call to join here.
If you care only about money and don't care about your health, mental peace, time, and family, then this is the place for you.
