-Negative point system to punish workers and keep them from applying somewhere else in the university, and without positive points to remedy those points.
- Division of Comparative Medicine overworks their workers and saves money by not hiring much-needed employees.

Please provide better pay and better raise to your employees and stop pretending to be woke while you guys are punching down on the little guys. Washington University is an educational institution that has higher responsibility towards improving people's lives than other cooperations, in my opinion. If you are going to hold the torch of knowledge, then you should use it for the good of the people in the community, stop half-a** ing sh*t.

At the MIR Marketing department, playing the office politics game keeps some "professionals" from actually doing their job. Supervisors/managers will only make decisions to make themselves look good and anyone else "beneath" them will be quickly pushed to the side or thrown under the bus. No room for growth and if even if there was, the supervisors won't give you the time of day to help get that started.
