• HR is non trustworthy and shady. I hope you don’t ever have a serious issue on your hands because they don’t care.
• CEO could careless about you. You are just a # to him. Dispensable.
• Absolutely no work life balance.
• Micromanagement
• Long, long days. I worked to the point of tears I was so exhausted and frustrated.
• Harassment / Bullying
• Inequity, unfairness, favoritism
• Lack of empathy, of appreciation, of support
• CEO & COO & other executive management are secretive. You never know where the company stands until you receive an email one day saying that they sold to another company and will be job cuts out of the blue.

Fix your morale. Have town hall meetings where management discusses important information with the organization. Ask questions to your employees and care about their feedback. Set a core of values for the organization and abide by them. Ensure that everyone is held accountable to these values - management included. If they are not abiding by these values, do something about it. Don’t sweep it under the rug. If you hear of mistreatment- do something about it. Treat your employees with respect. Don’t make them feel like just a number. Make them feel like they matter and they are heard.
