I love working as a Data ambassador with Wattpad, they do bi-weekly check ins to make sure everyone is alright. Additionally, there are weekly office hours so management is always accessible. Very transparent company.

It is very comfortable cause you can work from home and the hours are extremely flexible. It allows for a strong flow of creativity.

I can basically never go to work, I can simply stay at home and do all my work. I can stop anytime i want to, and i can also let all my creativity flow and in the end will get paid for it.

You get paid for just being creative, you can work your own hours.

If you are not creative enough, you will not get paid.
