They were highly experienced and supportive. The training was basic along the lines of Investing 101. Nowhere near enough about how we handle queries on the back end regarding different types of accounts and investments. There was a brief overview, and then you were mostly on your own. The mentors were excellent, but we had them for about 30 minutes to an hour a day due to their other commitments. I was given the opportunity to take a grand total of two calls before we were forced to take calls solo with zero support, not even on Slack. Given the number of issues that can arise, this is nuts. We're also dealing with people's life savings, it's not like it's not important.
