- Healthy culture, although some reviews mentioned a toxic environment, I think that involved people who are no longer in the company. I haven't had an experience like that and I've usually found that bringing issues forward is productive and professional.
- Benefits are good and include the semi-annual company retreats in different parts of the world!

People side: Here is the most human company I ever seen, people in leadership really care about you and listen to you. Tech side: Here you will be responsible for all parts of processes like development, making releases, QA, communication with others.... You are going to have to make decisions and handle processes like you were a tech leader, independent of your position. We started to modularize and refactor the code base relatively recently, so there is a lot of space to learn and grow in your career If I look at old places I've worked here is the easiest to keep myself motivated.

We are a small company so we don't have many resources, we need to be creative most of the time. We need to handle many different processes and process a lot of information. Also we need to move fast many times creating tech debts.
