Lack of recognition to long term tenured employees.
Lack of understanding of roles being eliminated especially individual contributors like myself. Not having a leader outside sales or fulfillment who can oversee customer success and measure NPS sentiment is a big miss.

My advice is to consider what value you are losing when tenured employees depart the organization. Pay them fairly and recognize tenure that is completely missing. I was with the org almost 20 years and was never recognized for an anniversary. Why is that? I was proud of working at Web but it was not returned so I am moving on to something better.
