I can be the hero this week and get a warning next week. Expectations on sales are unrealistic when the leadership can't find us decent leads. There are problems in the product but they are getting worked out. It's always something. People hate Fridays because they never know if they'll get fired. I see women get treated poorly compared to me and I think it's probably cultural. It's a confusing place to work. I never know if I'm going to have a job tomorrow. I am a free thinker and have been successful in my past jobs because of it but here you got to follow the leader and be sure to do as they say without using your better or different way. Very controlling management. There are nice people working here. Be prepared for the storm and to be micromanaged. Good lesson for me to learn how to work in a micromanaged job.
