Great for interns, but not the best for employment

This place offers a great place for young students looking to grow their knowledge of the industry.
Colleagues were nice and pleasant to work with.
|
The wages are so low, especially for the amount of work the employees put in.
You aren't allowed to enroll in their health benefits unless you are full time and have worked here for over a year.
Management is AWFUL - I have never felt so much anxiety until I have worked here. Management yells, intimidates and swears at employees, they give vague instructions then criticizes them for not doing something right and just overall a poor demonstration of leadership. The CEO and others in management are so open to publicly humiliate their employees in meetings if they didn't know the right answer to a question or didn't up their assignments/projects.
