Company is taking great strides!

I am a fairly new employee here and so far I am really enjoying it! Having been hired during a pandemic, I wasn't quite sure what to expect during the training process but I am so grateful for my team. Everyone has made me feel welcome and has taken it upon themselves to get to know me and show me the ropes. Being remote has its challenges but my team has made it seem so easy! I am also happy to see that the firm (especially coming from the CEO himself) has taken an active interest in diversity and are actively working with charities. The goals and interests of the company are very much in line with my passions and this makes me feel that I made a good decision by joining Wedbush. I'm very much looking forward to seeing what comes next!

Compensation can always be better but I am hoping this will be some of the changes coming up. I was told (and based on former reviews here) that the firm used to be fairly old school in terms of technology and culture but that Management is all-in on revamping and that there have been many changes and enhancements.

Gary Wedbush is an approachable person, you will see him in the elevator and he will try his best to get to know you.

Pay can be a bit low but I hope they are working on that but there are other things at the firm that out weigh slightly low pay. I would recommend providing better tech to new hires, this will be energizing versus at time slightly out dated monitors, keyboards, etc.
