The work environment is absolutely toxic. Overtime is an expectation, and there is no compensation for it. If you aren't working overtime, management assumes you do not have enough work to do. Almost 100% of the marketing dept staff resigned within less than a year. Management do not take onboard constructive (or even positive) feedback. Subject matter experts are treated as though they have no expertise - management "know better". If management can't point out something wrong in your work, they would rather say nothing at all than give you any positive feedback.
