Coworkers are among the brightest in the sector, and many are decent and thoughtful individuals. The pay is great for the human rights sector, though not the highest for philanthropy. Offices are well-appointed. | Culture is quite toxic. Questionable personnel decisions keep being made. Turnover in recent years has been too high for such a small staff. A lot of time is spent on team-building "culture" activities that distract from the actual work. Low diversity - at all levels, very few people of color are hired or given power.
