They teach you to use deceptive phone tactics. They will tell you that your leads didn't confirm.it they don't confirm you won't get paid. If they don't like you they will make your days a living he'll.
Staff is rude and insensitive towards taking time off if you have children
No PTO days no raised no Christmas party or bonus. They tell you that you will make bonus but they give leads to their friends.

You need to treat everyone the same.
But new telephone listings to call. Calling the same people over and over. If you call out they tell your business to your co workers. No drinking water in the office have to use water from 5he Bathroom sink.

False promises, owner loves to burn and churn. Be ready on any given Wednesday to be shown the door. Owner is always right and when he isn't refer to rule one. His way with no input and couldn't care less about his staff, extremely high turnover. Operations ladies treat employees real good,like mud for instance.

Calling burnt out leads all day.
Management is nasty.
Pay rate not consistent. Start at $10 an hour then dropped to $8 for low productivity.

This is a company that understands people and go out of there way to accommodate employees. Very much a close co worker environment. Wendover is not afraid to give an employee the ball to run with.
|
Only real cons are people who bad mouth the company simply because they weren't cut out to do the job or had what it takes to at least do bare minimum. I never leave my success to be decided soley on someone else's training. I make it my job to be successful.

Very great place to work, I have worked here for six months. And I'm still here today. The managers strive and want's everyone to have success.
Pat, Kathy, Frank Craig, Preston, Jeff, Are all amazing managers. They push everyone and bring out their heart and soul; to put forth the best work they know they can provide to the company.
I started out as a regular tel marketer, and worked my way up to the sales team. Larry Dillon, is an amazing person very knowledgeable; I have learned so much from him over the past six months.
Nevertheless, this company is very lucky to have Frank Craig as part of their sales department. He comes from the banking world and he is a very great mentor of mine.
Come work for Wendover !!!!

Love this place

I love it at Wendover, I'm a new mom they offer flexible scheduling, great pay and a very welcoming environment. Such a positive place, motivation from supervisors and coworkers makes going to work feel like a breeze.

Hardest part is getting on the phone I'm pretty shy and with the right encouragement, I was over that by my second day.
