For any of these projects to happen, we need to be a well-oiled team, led by a full-time Senior Operations Manager who is driven by efficiency and dedication, who will be part of our fast-paced, collaborative and creative department. In this role, you are part of the Operations team within the Studio and will be leading the operations of and overseeing projects for our new team in the United States with continuous collaboration and communication with our Studio headquarters in Amsterdam. You will report to the Head of Studio.
We need someone with the skills, drive, (agency) experience, and personality to keep lots of plates spinning at the same time. An organizational superstar who can work towards a long term vision, with an understanding of creative workflow, that keeps projects running smoothly. Someone who is not just great at planning and organizing the day-to-day operational aspects of a team, but can look ahead and anticipate future needs. This person truly understands what a digital creative Studio team is composed of, and wants to be a leader within a team and the creative industry. You’ll help lead and execute the deliverables for our thriving studio (30-40 people) and client teams (AdSales, Marketing, PR and Product) in Los Angeles, New York and Amsterdam.You have a 10,000 foot view at all times to work towards the bigger picture and vision, but have the confidence to drive a team during the day to day. You manage stakeholder expectations, you are a leader, and are not afraid to push back where appropriate.

For any of these projects to happen, we need to be a well-oiled Studio supported by a Senior Studio Operations Manager who is driven by efficiency and operations. You’ll help facilitate the day to day operations, reporting, and data analysis to support the long term business goals of the Studio, partnering closely with the Head of Studio. You understand the specific skill sets and nuances involved in Studio operations and helping run a creative department, from a broad level you understand and are excited about the creative (digital) process, and you will work alongside designers, developers, copywriters and project managers to take the WeTransfer Studio to the next level. You will lead processes, create reports, update tooling, onboard new hires, and keep a consistent flow within the Studio. You have a strong work ethic and know how to navigate conversations with high value stakeholders. You have patience, can make sound decisions, and can see a long term goal and put the steps and substantiation in place to achieve it. But above all, you take pride in your team, the projects and quality of the work we are doing. You will report into the Head of Studio.
As a senior member of the Studio, you will ensure standard operational procedures are followed, often working closely with the Studio’s Project Management team, you identify inefficiencies in workflow and strive for a culture of creative cultivation and continuous improvement. Maybe you’ve even once said that “problems are only challenges waiting to be solved”. When faced with difficult problems or unpredictable deadlines, you make thoughtful choices, and bring a good sense of humor.

About the team
The email team at WeTransfer currently looks after the full email process - from setting strategy with the wider teams, to creating emails, testing, reporting and much more for all the marketing email communication across our wide range of products - WeTransfer Pro, WeTransfer Accounts and WePresent - our editorial platform.
About the role
We are looking for a freelance designer & developer to join the Email Team at WeTransfer for a 3-month contract.
You are passionate about email marketing and have worked in this field in the past. You’ll be working inside the larger Marketing team to build email campaigns on our new marketing platform, Iterable.
You will deliver an array of email communications, from WeTransfer promotional campaigns, WePresent newsletters, behavioral triggers emails. You will be reporting to the Senior Email Designer and Developer and work alongside her and the rest of the Email team to create awesome campaigns.

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our Data and Analytics organisation. You’ll be joining a team of data- and analytics engineers responsible for the data infrastructure with pipelines and analytics tools, as well as our core data model. What you'll be working on:
You’ll have the opportunity to help shape our product strategy at a critical phase, laying down the foundation for our next chapter of growth. That means helping your PM to translate research findings into strategic decisions, and help bring ideas to life in the best possible way. You are self-driven and comfortable working independently, although backed up by your team and craft members.
You'll be using your talent and experience to help shape our Pro proposition: one subscription where creatives can enjoy the perks of Collect, Paste and Transfer together. That means working closely with Marketing, providing them with the insights that help bring our products together. You feel comfortable relating what you learn to the bigger picture, consolidating findings into new deliverables with a fresh perspective.
You’ll be based in Amsterdam, along with the other members of the UXR team, working closely with your peers and people from many different disciplines, ranging from Analytics to Product Marketing, Product Design, Product Management, and more. Collaboratively, you'll examine what needs to be solved or achieved and build rich and actionable insights that enable the product teams to work towards successful product iterations and launches.
