Administration is not very understanding or qualified for their positions. They treat you like your the incompetent and belittle you. School is in financial distress. Administration makes unethical decisions against federal policies and regulations for higher education standards.

Locals seem to want to see the place close instead of prosper which makes no sense. You’ll receive constant negativity from people around Wheeling.
