Do not care about employees
|
Whova employee turnover rate is so high because as soon as you don’t meet quota, they will fire you. They offer little to no training and bring in large sets of employees weekly. On average, I’d say over 5 sales representatives quit or were fired each week. This company does not care about you personally and does not invest in you at all. Save your time and work for somewhere that cares about their employees and takes time to get to know them and help them succeed.

If you have a passion for dials, this is for you. You will be underpaid. Upper management is clearly focused on getting bought out, so the sales processes are outdated. This has a high turnover in the sales department as a result. They get you to stay with the “grass is greener on the other side”, but you should probably just get a better paying job.

In my role I felt not so great but a plus side was the supportive management, the great work culture, but with the kind of work I was doing I was not motivated, constantly stressed, and felt like I wasn’t reaching My potential.
