This company is great when starting out. Fresh grads can learn the ropes of how companies function on a daily basis. Furthermore, the seniors and the teammates are happy to help the new hires. The people here are great and welcoming too. Lots of potential friends.

The main con of the company is the management. They are out of touch with the condition of their employees, they give overflowing work, and they only appear if something goes wrong. Overtimes occur on a daily as a result.
