Adlers & co-workers treat you like family, sure there are bad days, but I enjoy coming to work and feel appreciated

I love my manager, I love how I am acknowledged and commended by the owner for a job well done, I enjoy working with everyone here, I love that I can listen to my music at my desk (cause music makes work so much funner) I love it is dog friendly, (cause puppies relieve stress!) I love that I can wear jeans and flip flops! Its very laid back and that makes the job so much less stressful and enjoyable.

I love the people you work with, they are amazing and are the only reason you will make it through your day without going postal on the upper management.
|
They are extremely unorganized, they can’t pay their bills and have gone through factories like they are going out of style because of it. They will work you like crazy with very little pay and you will end up doing three to five people’s jobs because they are so cheap and don’t want to hire anyone else. They have no true background in business and the only reason they are still open is because the company has contracts with Nike Golf, Wrangler, and Lee. The products have progressively gone downhill and are now made out of the cheapest material they can find. The upper management are bullies and will scream and curse at you because they do not know how to communicate, the worst atmosphere ever!
