Management can have their cliques and seem to choose who they want to hear from and who they will consider to be in... you can do good work here for a number of years and never get a promotion....or u can be in their good graces and be here for a year and get promoted even if you dont seem to be doing a good job.

Upper management rates themselves by how many employees work for them, not on their ability to manage.
Very stuck in antiquated systems. Morevoer more stuck on protocol and process than solving customer issues. Spend more time on pointing fingers rather than solving problems
than actually finding customer spolutioms... A culture of no one taking any responsibility for ownership of problems

The upper management in most departments have no idea what's going on. The one who tries only wants to stir up trouble. Owner and President of Wilshire never come out of their office. Low pay. No 401K matching. Parking is expensive and not paid by the employer. All departments are not treated equally. Only one of the division directors is present and stands up for his employees.
Extremely high turnover. When employees leave they often do not re-hire but dump the work on others. They prefer young employees who are naive or people who think working near the Promenade is cool.

There are some great people here, but turnover is high. Basically, the CEO thinks of the company as his ATM and doesn't invest any profits into growing the organization or taking care of employees. Everyone but senior management is underpaid, and the benefits are pretty bad too (no 401k match, expensive parking, terrible health plan if you need to insure your family).
