Nice colleagues, diverse environment, but it didn't feel like the company cared about their people.

Internal structure/ speed was surprisingly good for a company of that size that did a lot of work on Excel sheets and didn't rely on external software/ tools to help them automate processes.
Nice colleagues, diverse environment. We had some nice, fun times together (also together with the leadership).
|
The company took advantage of employees and paid 'ridiculously' low salaries.
In addition, I didn't feel that the company cared to understand other cultural backgrounds and include everyone, especially if someone came from outside the EU - and the company was full of international employees.

Not sure what the business model is now but I would suggest that they hire fewer interns, if they cannot provide them with someone to properly train them and be there for them. Also, pay your employees more and care more about understanding their cultures, also in relation to working styles/ workplace cultures, as this can affect their productivity.

Look at the work done. Justify salary, bonus everything based on simply looking at the work done & feedback from the client. If you are going to hear what others say or if you have any other metrics to gauge performance, then you are simply being ignorant. Only mediocre people will find you.

In the beginning everything is nice and you get to learn a lot very quick. You are given responsibility and run your own projects.
Depending on your role, you get a lot of customer interaction.
|
Company ran by inexperienced interns
Not a lot of employees especially ones you can learn from (at least at the time)
The employed people struggle with being up to date with technology.
No clear guidelines and standards in place
Delivery of products takes priority over quality of the product which always hurts in the long run, especially if the product is supposed to have multiple releases.
No automated tools for development

When it comes to Wiredelta my experience can be boiled down to freedom with responsibility. If you excel under freedom to think and learn bringing your own ideas to the table, then go to Wiredelta. If you are more the type of person that needs guidance and set targets for you on a day to day basis, then don't go.
- Almost complete freedom for the curious mind
- Meritocracy where everyone can talk to everyone. Its not a rare sight that a tech lead or the CEO would be sitting and working with an intern. It comes down to the best idea to do something, and that can come from anyone.
- Continous learning, or lifelong learning as one of their clients that I worked with would say (SanderMap)!
- Singularity is a cool place to sit at, with an arcade you can play on, table tennis, many events and talks happening, and of course the traditional friday bars
- Good opportunities to work from home if needed.
- Diverse team, something not common in Copenhagen. People from all over the world, good mix of male/female.

- Sometimes too many projects at the same time. The company tends to say yes more than no.
- Being a companies that grows sometimes decisions are made faster than they should.
- A young organisation, sometimes it would nice to have more seniority and grey hair in the room.

- Supporting Environment by management and UM's.

- Good salary, Every Three months review and hike based on the performance it will make us to know where we stand so that we can improve our self.

- Infrastructure has to be improved like other companies in Mysore. Anyhow you are paying salary on time but no one likes to work without good infrastructure. Management has to take care of it.
-Expects seminars by senior employees about some topic's every week so that we can learn something better.
- HR has to love her current company instead of cribbing (example
- company does not recognize how punctual we are?
- No appreciations for minimal leaves and comparing with other companies in the market, makes us to feel worrying about our choice on wd )and
telling loopholes about company, she might had came here from one of the reputed company even though they should try to hide them from employees and interns.
- HR made lots of Partiality to employees and interns which shows they lack in corporate culture.
- Reveling process should be improved, HR has to know what are the settlements has to be done like UAN , PF amount , Payslip etc, i struggled a lot get last month payslip and UAN number she was not ready to talk over the phone and keep telling to ask her manager directly then we dont know why she is here. As per my knowledge hr should be the ambassador of the employees she has to communicate between employees and employer.
- Awards and appreciation has to be announced by management for best performer at least once in a month.
