The students are the best part. They are typically bright and energetic.
|
It’s a toxic work environment. To many incompetent people in positions that create havoc for the people doing the actual work. Budgetary issues have been plaguing the institution for years and have only gotten worse. Some areas are great to work in, but overall it is frustrating at best. Too few people to do the work needed and competent, skilled people are ground down quickly until they leave.
