A good workplace with room for improvements.

Work hours are long and work/life balance does not exist. A typical day lasted around 12 hours. Management was strict but fair, workplace culture was okay and the most enjoyable part is that you never knew what was coming from week to week
|

I only worked as a messenger and fax room operator a long time ago but the old timers were paid excessively well for being messengers. They are a top 3 in the world law firm and the partners are all millionaires. Great place to work if you want to work at a law firm why not work with the best?

Excellent office morale

The attorneys were professional and extremely adapt in their field. The staff were helpful, exacting and a pleasure to work with. Working for the partners and associates varied in workload daily and as clients were all over the world, competency was essential in detail, time management and getting phone calls through and/or transferred where ever required. Travel, scheduling and required office procedures were also needed. Hardest part of the day was making sure to maintain the phone log when busy. The most enjoyable part of the day was working with the support staff and all other staff employed there. Management were available for any concerns or needs. I learned that working in NY was a lot faster paced then other cities.
