private:womensforum https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=1125175 Aug 15th, 2017 12:00AM Open Open Womensforum Most Unprofessional Company I truly enjoyed about 3/4 of my coworkers and am still friends with a good number of them. We reminisce over the unprofessional and HR nightmare stories that we accumulated. There were others who were being given bonuses to report hearsay back to the CEO and CFO, and they were not pleasant. If you enjoy stepping over coworkers and kissing butt, you can get title bumps, pay raises and bonuses for nothing. Especially if you're male. Unfortunately, this is not a joke but serious professional advice for those seeking employment and advancement. Management does not care about employees or clients. It's all about making those in charge more money and protecting their butts, which is difficult to do. Employees are encouraged to not socialize with each other and to not have lives outside of work due to the always-on-call style of mismanagement. Women are treated terribly, though men may also be yelled at in an open office setting. Ethics aren't really a thing here, either in dealing with internal people or those who are contracted with the company. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE 0.0 1.0 2.0 1.0 1.0 3.0 1.0 1125175 Open There's a reason this company has never achieved what you say that you want, you won't let it, don't want to spend to do it and don't know how. Nor will you listen to those that you hire for specific goals. Cash out and retire early. Go sit on some boards of startups to give yourselves something to do and make a buck. 0.0 [] REGULAR No No 0.0 May 12th, 2021 05:47PM May 12th, 2021 05:47PM Womensforum

private:womensforum https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=1125175 Jan 12th, 2016 12:00AM Open Open Womensforum Unprofessional and unpleasant The office has a nice view. Some of the tech is up to date. Good benefits and competitive pay. There is no company culture and socialization is discouraged. It doesn't feel like a team environment. Instead there is lots of gossip and office politics. Bonuses and promotions do not seem to be based on merit at all. Working here was tolerable sometimes and extremely frustrating at other times. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE 2.0 1.0 2.0 1.0 1.0 4.0 1.0 1125175 Open Pay attention to who is doing good work and stop rewarding the people who take credit for everything but responsibility for nothing. 0.0 [] No No 0.0 May 12th, 2021 05:47PM May 12th, 2021 05:47PM Womensforum
private:womensforum https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=1125175 Nov 24th, 2015 12:00AM Open Open Womensforum Not A Great Place To Work -Entrepreneurial, start-up type environment -Competitive pay -poor company communication -little to no corporate culture due to CEO's antiquated and rigid approach to management -management often hostile and condescending; lots of arguing and losing of tempers that make for a very stressful (not to mention unprofessional) work environment. -scarce resources and very little transparency -CEO way too involved in day-to-day activities which often end up hurting more than helping and provides no vision or inspiration to motivate employees to want to drive success for the company -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE 2.0 1.0 2.0 1.0 2.0 4.0 1.0 1125175 Open Wake up. What worked 18 years ago doesn't apply anymore, not in this space. You're competing with tech companies that have highly evolved product offerings with company perks/cultures that draw and retain the best and brightest of talent. Give your employees a little more flexibility and respect, evolve and improve the product so that it's unique and sellable, listen and be open to constructive feedback as opposed to fighting it all the time, and make Womensforum a great place to work. It all starts with attracting, but more importantly, RETAINING great talent. Without that, the product will never evolve to something worth fighting for. 0.0 [] REGULAR No No 2.0 May 12th, 2021 05:47PM May 12th, 2021 05:47PM Womensforum
