He hires and fires people constantly for no reason, you are lucky (or not) if you pass your probation period
The CEO is heartless, the worst and meanest person I have ever met. He likes to put you down and yell at you
Dramas, lies, racism and sexual harassment on a daily basis
No help at all and insane workload
No strategy at all, everything is related to the CEO's daily mood, which can change 2 or 3 times a day
He creates new companies every 2-3years and changes country because of legal problems
He often refuses to pay some suppliers

Everything else. The atmosphere is terrible due to the management, they fire people every week just because "they had a bad day". They hate everything you do for no reason but they are never clear in what they want or what you can do to meet their expectations. Really, their philosophy is just make money make money make money. They don't care about their employees. It’s all about their narcissism and ego. Don't apply here if you don't want to end up with stress and anxiety, trust me. As soon as I left, all my problems disappeared.

Honestly, I don’t see anything positive in this company. Well, just some colleagues among the staff.

It’s the worst company I’ve ever worked at, by far. Although there is/was a lot of talented people among the staff, most of them stay/stayed very short because of the management mindset. The staff turnover is extremely high, given the company’s size.
Unfair dismissals are a rule of thumb. I think that the owner and CEO should seriously think about the way of treating people, since a 21st century company shouldn’t be managed as a dictatorial regime.
I would never recommend a friend to work for such a company; “not even my enemies”.
By the way, the only 5 stars’ review here at Glassdoor, is surely kind of fake; it probably comes from the only person who is OK with the company’s environment. Its eagerness to climb in the hierarchy is endless, no matter how. The biggest clown I ever met in a company.

Stop running businesses when your goal is only to scam. As I later discovered, you have had to move around the globe (Canada, France, Portugal, Spain, ...what’s next? Australia?) and changing companies’ names, making lots of upset people along the way.

The team is great, they pay on time, though never the correct amount.
|
- They will treat you like a child, with no respect, no mutual communication, no empathy or understanding, no interest in your opinion no open mind for your ideas, no patience for your learning curve.
-They will add onto your workload without consulting you or helping you, they won't consider it into your KPI's, they will even raise your KPI's goals. You will end up working harder while finding yourself further and further away from your objective.
- They don't pay for your lunch break so you work from 9 to 6 to get to 40 hours, but you are there 45 hours, they will show disappointment if you don't stay later than 6, and though they will eventually pay your overtime, management frowns upon you keeping track.
-You staying half an hour late without asking for money, great. You arriving on time but getting a coffee? Even, you arriving on time, but before time? They will take you into the special room for a lecture, even if that takes another precious 10 min.
-They will fire you without warning and for no grounded reason, but they will offer you a disciplinary lay off none the less so they don't have to pay you for firing you. This is straight-up illegal, they need three official, written, and signed warnings to do so or one terrible warning. But hey, they do what they want, you disagree? YOU pay for the lawyer.
-Oh yes, covid restrictions; not too many people, distancing, your own headset? It's a joke, but somehow they really want you to come to the office for the team spirit, lot's of other room for improvement before forcing us in an unventilated, airconditioned office space to boost moral.
-And now the big one, how come this company still exists? In the time span of under 10 years, they have moved their HQ from Canada to France to Portugal and now Spain, leaving numerous angree suppliers behind without paying the bill.
I dare you to work here, it's an adventure, I can promise you that.
